Clarks of Stourbridge are looking for a confident and experienced Car Sales Consultant to join our busy and successful dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a trusted, customer-focused business with strong repeat customer loyalty and ongoing growth.

The Role

• Selling new and used vehicles from a well-established dealership site
• Working to achieve monthly volume and profitability targets
• Commission paid on:
• Vehicle profit
  • Vehicle chassis profit
  • Finance & Insurance products
  • Service plans
  • Paint/fabric protection
  • Extended warranties
• Ensuring each customer receives a professional and enjoyable buying experience

About You

• Ideally 2 years’ automotive sales experience
• Proven F&I performer, confident in selling add-on products
• Target-driven with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Hours

• Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 (6.30 summer hours)
• Saturdays 9am – 5pm required, with every other Sunday 10am – 4pm on rota (average 5.5 day week)
• Day off during the week
