Parts Advisor

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our busy team. You'll support the service department, retail customers, and trade accounts—ensuring timely parts supply, accurate stock handling, and excellent customer service.

Key duties include:

• Preparing parts for service bookings in advance
• Managing retail/trade counter sales and payments
• Supporting technicians with quick and accurate parts supply
• Stock control, ordering, and returns
• Promoting interdepartmental sales and profit margin targets

Ideal candidate:

• Experience in a dealership or motor trade parts role
• Confident with DMS systems (Keyloop a bonus)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
