MG’s performance electric car, the MG Cyberster, has been named ‘Best EV Roadster’ in Top Gear’s fifth annual Electric Awards. Evaluated by a panel of experts from the Top Gear team, the Awards celebrate the greatest cars in the evolving EV sector across a diverse range of categories.

MG's performance electric, the MG Cyberster, has been named 'Best EV Roadster' in Top Gear's fifth annual Electric Awards.

Evaluated by a panel of experts from Top Gear team, the Awards celebrate the greatest cars in the evolving EV sector across a diverse range of categories. The judges voted the MG Cyberster 'Best EV Roadster' citing its exhilarating driving performances and refined handling. 

Speaking of MG's win, Top Gear Magazine's Associate Editor, Tom Ford, said that the Cyberster "takes the brand somewhere new" and "it's unique in its sector". Ford's praise continued, commenting "the big news is that the Cyberster is a hoot to drive" and is "absolutely enough for a twisty loop of road."
